POP seeks an energetic and savvy Recruiter for a 4-6 month contract to identify, engage and recruit strong candidates for the agency’s immediate and upcoming staffing needs. Critical to this role is the ability to identify exceptional talent who also possess the values and attributes that exemplify POP’s culture. The Recruiter will be responsible for ensuring a high quality experience for all candidates.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to clarify job requirements and candidate profiles
  • Continuously develop creative channels to identify and locate talented passive candidates
  • Drive the recruiting process forward with Hiring Managers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Use creative sourcing strategies to build pipelines and identify passive candidates
  • Review resumes, screen candidates and make recommendations to Hiring Managers
  • Aggressively market and sell POP as an agency of choice to top tier candidates
  • Maintain applicant tracking system and job postings to POP career site
  • Conduct accurate reference checks on candidates prior to offer stage

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of demonstrated successful recruiting experience in an internet-based technology company, digital marketing agency experience preferred; experience recruiting for a variety of technical positions at all levels within the organization
  • Experience managing a recruiting cycle from start to finish
  • Prior experience recruiting for contract assignments a plus; manage expectations and communication with staffing partners regarding urgent needs
  • Experience identifying, developing and maintaining recruiting contacts and sources of potential passive candidates
  • Proven ability to define job requirements with hiring managers
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems
  • Superior organizational skills; ability to prioritize and adjust to business needs
  • Creative thinker; ability to create and offer up creative recruiting solutions
  • Excellent culture fit, ability to work well in a team environment and demonstrate the highest level of collaboration and integrity
