The Sunshine Fitness Management Group is searching for a Lease Administrator / Project Coordinator to join our  

corporate team in Central Florida. The Lease Administrator / Project Coordinator will provide support to the  

development team and manage all duties as relates to property management, lease administration and project  

coordination for new club builds, capex projects and remodel projects.  

Duties and Responsibilities:  




Responsible managing lease database and overseeing lease extensions and expirations, abstracts, estoppel  

certificates, SNDAs, rent reductions/increases, and CAM payments & reconciliations.  

Manages all landlord communication and interaction as regards new club builds, capex projects, relocations,  

remodels, tenant improvement allowance collection, as well as all on-going property management concerns.  

Oversees ordering and tracking for materials and fixtures for new club builds, capex projects, relocations,  

remodels and re-equips.  



Manages and updates project tracking reports and maintains and updates lease database.  

Works closely with other departments and team members from Operations, Marketing, Pre-Sale and  

Accounting.  


Other duties as requested, directed or assigned.  

Skills and Qualifications  










Bachelor’s Degree, paralegal preferred  

5+ year of experience with commercial leases and LOIs  

Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with landlords, property managers and vendors  

Strong oral & written communication and time management skills.  

Experience managing a lease database  

Excellent interpersonal skills  

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint  

Must be authorized to work in the US  

Must have background screen results that meet Company criteria  

Working Conditions & Physical Demands  

Must be able to sit for extended periods, stand, walk, use hands & fingers to feel & handle, reach with arms & hands,  

talk, hear, stoop, kneel, crouch & lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 lbs.
