Live Chat Agent Intern (Interim)
The Live Chat Agent Intern position communicates directly with consumers via live chat to provide information about our treatment programs, answer questions, and provide general customer service. They must have excellent written communication skills and proactively engages consumers by asking probing questions and identifying customer pain points. In addition to providing real-time support, chat agents thoroughly document each customer’s question or problem as well as the resulting answer or solution. This way, chat agents can help improve the organization’s overall functionality and efficiency.
- Promptly responding to queries by researching, locating, and providing information
- Learning about company products and services
- Documenting Issues and Resolutions
- Assisting consumers with navigation of the website
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of general customer service experience
- Computer Literacy & Proficient Typing Skills
