At Phreesia, millions of patients use our intake platform before, during, and after their physician office visit. This gives us insight into everything from the number of Medicare patients that take advantage of wellness exams, to depression screening in primary care settings, to patient satisfaction with patient-provider communication. Our healthcare clients operate in an evolving regulatory environment and are trying to determine how best to prepare their organizations for emerging care and reimbursement models.

The Market Specialist will be the face of Phreesia’s specialty-specific workflow solutions, and be responsible for working cross functionally to define, prioritize, and commercialize Phreesia’s medical specialty offerings. You will become an expert in our product and the patient intake process, and help us achieve rapid growth in medical specialty market segments.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your healthcare domain expertise and Phreesia product knowledge to work cross functionally to define and commercialize medical specialty offerings
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of our product, data elements and the intake process so that you can aggregate and define best practices for specialty-specific intake
  • Work with Phreesia implementation consultants and with existing clients to identify and cultivate successful adoption of specialty offerings
  • Participate in medical conferences and education forums for healthcare professionals to evangelize Phreesia specialty offerings
  • Develop strong relationships with our provider network to develop KOL community that can be leveraged to inform product and provide client references
  • Support Market Development team with achieving bookings and revenue targets within your market segment

 

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience post undergraduate degree; MPH/MHA preferred
  • Solid understanding of healthcare trends and the ambulatory care deliver environment
  • Ability to balance and prioritize client demands with product development resources and commercialization strategies
  • Experience interfacing with clinicians and healthcare provider organizations
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues and translate them into concrete action plans
