The Role:

 

Phreesia is looking for an Agency Relationship Director/VP to join our Patient Communications team. This individual will manage Agency Relationship Managers and work with media agency strategists to demonstrate the value that Phreesia could provide to their brands. This opportunity is ideal for someone who has previous agency/media, account supervisor, account director experience. This is a player/coach role. The ideal candidate is ready to join a smart, creative, dynamic team that is committed to bringing innovation to the healthcare industry. The Agency Relationship Director/VP will work closely with the Vice President of Patient Communications and the Patient Communication Sales Team to lead clients to delivering successful, effective, targeted patient engagement digital campaigns. 

We need a client-facing, strategic, digital media enthusiast with strong communication skills who has an interest in uncovering advertising opportunities across healthcare brands. This position will focus on leading & managing the ARM team, developing healthcare media strategist relationships, building rapport, securing RFPs, providing capabilities presentations, entertaining clients, and securing brand leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, coach Agency Relationship Managers
  • Further enhance our go to market strategy with media strategists
  • Generate new business with media agencies for appropriate brands that have patient-facing strategic imperatives
  • Foster healthy relationships with agencies and manage those relationships through organizational changes
  • Prepare capabilities presentations and product demonstrations
  • Complete media agency RFP templates and ensure that Phreesia is included in such proposals 
  • Collaborate regularly with VP Patient Communications, internal Sales Directors, Clinical Solutions Director, and Client Experience Team 
  • Identify new sales opportunities and elevate those opportunities to Sales Team


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Previous media agency experience in healthcare or working directly with or on business development teams to grow agency business within current or new accounts is required
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in client services, account management, digital media buying, or digital media strategy 
  • Healthcare experience required; Point of Care, Out of Home, Pharmaceutical, OTC, and/or CPG experience highly valued 
  • Familiarity with digital media vernacular and measurement 
  • Client-facing skills 
  • Ability to travel and interface with clients out of office
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral
  • Must be accustomed to working in an environment where many of your colleagues and counterparts may work remotely
