Our rotational program allows you to learn and experience different aspects of Phreesia’s Services and Support Department to help you push your boundaries and accelerate your career. You’ll have the opportunity to gain experience as a Product Specialist and as an Integration Deployment Specialist by completing a six month placement with each team.  You need to be a strong problem solver, detail oriented, comfortable in a fast paced environment, and adept at working with internal and external customers. Upon successful completion of our one year rotational program, you will continue to build your career at Phreesia in an area where your interests, skills, and capabilities will provide the most impact.

The Product Specialist is responsible for the first level of technical, product usage and account administration support for medical offices using Phreesia.  As the initial point of contact, you will be responsible for providing an excellent level of customer service while effectively troubleshooting and resolving technical and usage problems and escalating issues as required.

The Integration Deployment Specialist leads Phreesia’s efforts to integrate with our clients’ Healthcare IT (HIT) systems. These systems include Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Practice Management Systems (PMS), and billing systems. You will be responsible for successfully integrating the Phreesia components in complex and challenging multi-vendor customer environments. Additionally the Integration Deployment Specialist is responsible for configuration of the Core Phreesia application feature suite across all markets as new products are released and generally available.

Responsibilities as a Product Specialist:

  • Provide an outstanding experience to customers throughout the support process.
  • Troubleshoot with practices using required tools to properly understand issue being reported.
  • Effectively document reported issues and escalate through Phreesia ticketing software.
  • Manage multiple avenues of support requests including telephone, e-mail, and live chat.
  • Support the roll out of new product initiatives to Phreesia’s existing customer base.
  • Provide solutions to product configuration requests.

Responsibilities as an Integration Deployment Specialist:

  • Installation and configuration of the Phreesia integration software with EMR and PMS systems.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues during the integration deployment process
  • Working with the support team and senior deployment staff to escalate technical bugs and workflow concerns.
  • Configuring core technical features of the Phreesia Application such as Pre-Visit, E&B, Clinical, and Phreesia Payments.

Qualifications:

  • University degree or college diploma, ideally in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Experience in a technical or customer support role
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a Windows environment
  • Willingness to learn troubleshooting XML and SQL
  • Willingness to learn message transformation and exchange between disparate systems
  • Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
