Description

Phreesia is looking for an Account Executive to join our Patient Communications team. This individual will work with the Patient Communication Sales Team, Product Manager, Creative Director, Analytics and our external clients (sponsors and agencies of record).  This opportunity is ideal for someone who has experience in:

 

  • Healthcare digital and mobile platforms
  • Account management
  • Project leadership, tracking and timeline development
  • Quality assurance
  • Working cross-functionally with a variety of teams and can identify and articulate issues to each individual department
  • Using a process to bring teams together to implement digital programs within the assigned timeline. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Agencies of Record or directly with sponsors on mechanical specifications and requirements for our products (proprietary Phreesia Platform, emails, print, mobile)
  • Communicating and updating (as needed) specifications based on proprietary digital platforms
  • Owning product timelines and shepherding the process internally and externally
  • Bring previous knowledge of healthcare submission (specifically mobile) to medical/regulatory committees
  • At the start of the project can analyze areas that could potentially throw delivery off track, log risks and create mitigation plan and actively employ mitigation plan
  • Be firm but fair in judgement: push back when scope creeps or requirements/best practices are not followed while still understanding the constraints of the client.
  • Be prepared and able to defend Phreesia’s position on what can and cannot be done in our environment
  • Understand at high level the technical aspects of the development process for Phreesia’s advertising platforms
  • Post launch campaign management
  • Stakeholder management (advertising agencies, sponsors, internal and external decision makers)
  • Quality Assurance testing

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 2 - 3years of experience in account and/or project management experience in a healthcare agency (experience in mobile/digital submissions a plus)
  • Familiarity with PhRMA Guidelines
  • Must be able to juggle multiple project simultaneously and on different timelines
  • Must have an eye for detail
  • Customer-facing and presentation skills 
  • Ability to travel and interface with clients out of office
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral
  • Must possess influence across multiple disciplines without direct reports
  • Self-starter, ambitious
