What we’re looking for:

Oxford Property Management is currently seeking a detail oriented team player to fill our Associate Project Manager position. This position is primarily responsible for organizing and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Projects can range in size and complexity from $5,000 to $250,000 in value. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Create budgetary estimates.
  2. Create and communicate construction project schedules.
  3. Negotiate contracts with external vendors to achieve planned profit goals.
  4. Obtain building permits and work with building officials when applicable.
  5. Determine needed resources for projects (manpower, equipment and materials)
  6. Host regularly scheduled progress meetings with project team to ensure client satisfaction.
  7. Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine scope and specifications for the project
  8. Provide financial reporting to communicate project results to Construction Manager
  9. Create RFI’s and maintain log for project.
  10. Coordinate client move in and hand offs with Property Management
  11. Support Superintendent with routine visits to job sites and photo documentation of activities.
  12. Aid in monitoring safety of vendors and in-house workers.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in related field (preferred) plus 2 - 5 years of experience working in construction project management or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Strong time management and project management skills
  3. Ability to proficiently use various Microsoft Office applications. Experience with & PROCORE a plus.
  4. Successfully works in fast paced environment, ability to multitask is essential.
  5. Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance coverage; Ability to provide own transportation.
