Accounts Payable Representative

Description

Responsible for processing the Hospital’s weekly payables.  Ensure the hold reports for open invoices are continuously resolved and vendors are paid in a timely manner.  Train and coordinate work-flow for Accounts Payable Representatives.  Process year-end 1099’s and file the year-end 1099 file electronically.  Implement and test Meditech and MM A/P module upgrades.

Qualifications

Accounts Payable Representative
  • High school diploma required.  College or technical training required.
  • Minimum 2 years computerized Accounts Payable experience preferred. 1 year data entry experience preferred. 
  • 10 key skills required. 

Senior Accounts Payable Representative:
  • High school diploma required.  College or technical training required.
  • Minimum 5 years computerized Accounts Payable experience required.
  • 10 key skills required.  Strong problem solving and communication skills are necessary.  Ability to meet strict deadlines is essential.
