Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Social Worker - LICWS)
The Mental Health Therapist will provide counseling, therapeutic assessment, and intervention for adult mental health patients in a holistic and culturally-sensitive manner. Promotes dignity, respect, safety, and optimal functioning of the individual. Provides individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatments. Develops individualized treatment plan.
The Mental Health Therapist will be an essential part of the psychiatric care team, coordinating directly with staff psychiatrists, interdisciplinary team members, and referring providers.
