What You’ll Do:

As a TA Co-op Student, you’ll support day-to-day recruitment operations and key initiatives:
 

Recruitment & Coordination

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates and hiring leaders
  • Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Support candidate communications and monitor shared inboxes

 

Preboarding & New Hire Experience

  • Prepare and track onboarding documents
  • Assist with e-recruitment file organization and compliance tracking

 

Reference Checks

  • Conduct and document reference checks
  • Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records

 

Training & Projects

  • Assist with the coordination of Recruitment Essentials training for hiring leaders
  • Prepare materials, manage attendance, and gather feedback

 

Events & Early Talent

  • Attend career related events as required
  • Support planning and execution of career fairs and recruitment events
  • Engage with candidates and assist with post-event follow-ups

 

What You Bring:

  • You're currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Talent Acquisition genuinely excites you - you love meeting people, building relationships and creating great candidate experiences
  • You have excellent communication and organizational skills
  • You pay attention to the details and know how to manage your time effectively
  • You're confident using MS Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • You thrive in collaborative environments and bring a positive, customer-focused approach to everything you do
  • You're eager to represent our organization at career fairs and recruitment events. Travel is a regular part of the role, and some events may take place during evenings and weekends
