$70,716.17-$87,557.10 as per Collective Bargaining Agreement (OPEIU)

$1690.52 / Monthly ACA premium applied as applicable*

 

January 2025 Rate: $72,837.66-$90,183.82 as per Collective Bargaining Agreement (OPEIU) $1741.22 / Monthly ACA premium applied as applicable*

Position Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Ornge Air maintenance team at our new super base in Sudbury, Ontario. Our incredible team of professionals provide complete aircraft maintenance, support, and services inclusive of airframe inspections, repair and modifications, power plant removal and installations and repairs, while ensuring proper adherence to Company policies and procedures.

Hours of Work:

  • Rotating day shift pattern of 5 days on, 4 days off, 4 days on and 5 days off
  • May be required to work various shifts and overtime, including days, weekends, statutory holidays, and on-call in a 24/7 environment.
  • As this is not a touring position*.

Skills and Qualifications:

Include, but not limited to, the following minimum skills and qualifications:  

  • Must hold a current and valid Transport Canada M1 and/or M2 license.
  • Experience AW139 or PC12 considered an asset.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer literate with a working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and e-mail.
  • Valid Canadian passport or ability to work in Canada and ability to travel to the U.S.A.
  • Ability to obtain and retain a Restricted Area Identity Card in accordance with the Airport Restricted Area Access Clearance Program regulated by Transport Canada.
