JOB SUMMARY

This critical position is responsible for providing support to the Sales organization, allowing for increased sales productivity. Success in this hands-on position will require assisting Sales in the creation, submission, and administration of prospect and customer contracts within Salesforce.com, and reporting contract metrics and statistics.

This position will work closely with people at all levels in the sales, operations, and finance organizations.

JOB RELATIONSHIPS

Reports to: Sr. Director, Global Deal Desk
Organizational Unit: Worldwide Sales


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure deal conformity through verifying various contract terms for the Global Sales team
  • Assist in implementing new tools, templates and processes for the global sales team and sales operations team
  • Work with business users and cross-functional teams to identify contract problems, process gaps and assist in on-going process improvements for contract processing
  • Support sales team on inquiries and/or questions relating to contract approvals and bookings
  • Provide sales team with monthly and ad-hoc training in regards to contracts and contract processes

 

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-3 years of Sales Operations experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a similar discipline preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal business units
  • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environment
