The ON24 Production Specialist is responsible for the delivery of customer events using ON24’s virtual product suite. Production specialists are responsible for:

  1. Providing an enhanced ON24 experience to ON24’s customers and attendees
  2. Sourcing third-party production resources, including but not limited to camera crews, broadcast studios, signal transmission equipment and qualified personnel, field producers, video/audio editors
  3. Create and maintain event flow, connection methods, signal flows, etc
  4. Adhere to ON24 production best practices and advise customers, third-party crews, project management agencies accordingly
  5. Create and maintain production and post-production schedules
  6. Update and assist in maintaining ON24 internal production calendar
  7. Provide clear and timely communication to third-party production resources
  8. Ensure that third-party production resources are trained on ON24 Elite Webcasting platform and transmission guidelines/equipment
  9. Perform administrative duties as required using ON24 software packages including but not limited to: Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Coupa

Position Requirements

  1. Experience with sourcing third-party production resources globally
  2. Understanding of corporate video production for broadcast on the Internet
  3. Pre-production scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and staffing
  4. Field, in-studio, and remotely managed production experience
  5. Live video streaming technology experience (Wirecast, V-Mix, etc)
  6. Strong technical skills and knowledge of video/audio encoding standards
