Senior Java/SQL Support Engineer

As a senior technical support engineer you will be supporting our most visible products. These products get more than 10 million monthly hits.
Provide troubleshooting and Level 3 support for existing applications.
Build custom reports using SQL/Java for clients and internal teams.
Work closely with development team to identify platform issues and help to fix them.
- Work with Engineering Tools team to build newer tools which adds visibility to the platform behavior.
Strong Experience with Java and JEEE development for 3+ years.
Strong SQL knowledge.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Should have recent work experience with the following technologies: JSP, Servlets, EJB 3, JPA, JMS.
Good to have knowledge on SAML, Apache Kafka, Weblogic Coherence, Shell scripts, APM tools and ELK stack.
Some development knowledge & experience with HTML, JS and CSS.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of basic Linux commands
- Solid understanding of Application Servers (preferably WebLogic) and Web Servers (preferably Apache).
- Working knowledge of Code repository tool like Perforce
