Additional responsibilities include:
1. Providing an enhanced ON24 experience to ON24’s customers
2. Support and management of the Marketing Products Zendesk queue
3. Customer troubleshooting and escalation
4. Partnering with the Marketing Products team to support the delivery of management pack services
This role requires a motivated individual who is detail oriented and willing to ‘do what it takes’ to support the growth of Engagement Hub and Target.
