OCMI, Inc. is growing and seeking a full-time dynamic, success driven Project Administrator to join our onsite team on a multi-year, large-scale active construction program located in New Haven, CT. The Project Administrator duties include, but not limited to:

  • Collaborate with project managers and planners to provide comprehensive support for their project portfolios.
  • Systematically monitor and meticulously maintain records and documentation for construction projects, encompassing meeting minutes, closeout submittals, and various project-related tasks.
  • Facilitate and bolster financial data management, encompassing the processing of Notices of Changes, Potential Change Orders, Change Orders, and contracts. Construct and refine spreadsheets for both internal and external review.
  • Craft written materials, such as correspondence, reports, procedural guides, and instructions, ensuring clarity and precision.
  • Execute a variety of additional project administrative support tasks as needed to contribute to project success.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience in project administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle financial data and create spreadsheets for analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capacity to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Adaptability and the capability to multitask in a dynamic project setting.
