Title: Sr. Associate, Patient Experience Strategy
Location: Chicago (Treehouse) or Remote
Role Description:
The Patient Experience (PX) team is focused on Creating an Unmatched Patient Experience for all patients who walk through our doors. The Sr. Associate, Patient Experience Strategy will play a critical role in identifying, developing, implementing, and sustaining specific strategies to support the patient experience, which ultimately lead to better health outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who is strategic, analytical, data-savvy, curious to learn, and an effective communicator. This individual is ideally also interested in driving change in the healthcare industry via improved experiences and health outcomes for older adults.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Support high-impact patient experience strategies
  • Own assigned projects, identify and develop resources with the ability to ideate on materials individually and collaboratively, ensuring deliverables are on time
  • Perform data analysis, identifying key insights, metrics of success, and trends to inform organization wide decision-making
  • Develop materials, communicate insights succinctly and effectively, and lead discussions with relevant organizational leaders
  • Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure visibility and coordination among various workstreams
  • Other duties, as assigned
What are we looking for?
  • 2-3+ years of experience in consulting or other applicable experience in healthcare / patient experience strategy
  • Ability to build the trust and confidence of a wide range of stakeholders
  • Incredible level of organization, detail orientation, and focus on deadlines and metrics
  • Someone who connects the dots between teams - a proactive communicator who identifies connections between projects and broader organizational objectives
  • Self-motivated, quick learner comfortable with a high level of ambiguity
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex topics via simple visuals; highly proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Analytical and data savvy; highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to succinctly summarize and synthesize large amounts of information
  • Passion for excellence, willing to go the extra mile to achieve objectives and ensure consistently high quality work product
  • Collaborative working style, able to work cross functionally
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • US work authorization
