Title: Developer II, Salesforce 

Role Description:

The Salesforce Developer II reports to the Vice President - Salesforce Strategy & Operations and is responsible for designing and building solutions that optimize the sales & service team's workflows and help drive efficiency. The Salesforce Developer supports Salesforce development team members at all levels, and serves as a go-to resource for all Salesforce data management best practices. 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support the Salesforce implementation in designing and developing Salesforce solutions, which includes:

    • Creating (design, document, build) and managing (test, deploy) changes to Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Apex Classes, Apex Controllers, and Apex Triggers

    • Maintaining all third-party integrations related to Salesforce (i.e. CTI, website, marketing automation tool)

    • Coordinating and executing release/deployment processes

    • Collaborating with technical teams (i.e. IT, BI) to align on objectives and strategies, and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Participate in design and code reviews to ensure development quality

  • Support day-to-day operations, including primary support for detection and correction of bugs or other technical issues

  • Other duties as assigned

What are we looking for?

We are looking for people that have:

  • 3-5 years experience in Software Development, Cloud Technology, or a related space

  • Good understanding of Java or similar OOP languages

  • Experience with relational databases (e.g. SOQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or other common RDBMS)

  • Minimum 3+ years working experience of SOQL, SOSL, web services (SOAP or REST), Visualforce, APEX (Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I & II)

  • Thorough understanding and working experience in Flows

  • Eagerness for continuous learning and development 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work across the organization

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude

  • US work authorization
