At Oak Street, the Marketing team drives the organization's field and central marketing channels and is focused on delivering exceptional growth. The Associate of Field Marketing reports to the Vice President of Field Marketing and is responsible for the program and tools that enable field growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter and a strong project manager who enjoys solving problems, uses data to drive insights, and excels in a fast-paced environment. This role will require significant partnership with agency vendors, cross-team collaboration within the Growth and Marketing teams and other corporate teams (e.g., Patient Experience, Product, Provider Services, and People Experience. etc.), partnership with operational field leaders, and regular communication with leadership.
Role Description & Responsibilities
The Associate of field Marketing will report to the Companyâs Vice President of Field Marketing. This individual will lead and coordinate an online field resource center, work closely with our web store vendor and production management team on field-based design projects, inventory management, reporting, and support hyper-local campaign needs.
Specific duties include:
Manages the relationship with brand and collateral web store vendor as the lead liaison for pricing, sourcing giveaways and product selection, coordinating template builds, and ongoing product updates
Owns product inventory and burn rates to help effectively prioritize strong inventory levels and product selection at all times and identify cost savings opportunities
Monitors field marketing spending, budgets, and reporting and works with regional leadership to ensure teams have the localized billing support needed
Coordinates campaign materials and rollouts to enable our local sales teams with collateral and tools that excite them about spreading the word about Oak Street Health to future patients and local community organizations
Works alongside the field marketing team to update key marketing materials with relevant value propositions and content, keeping the collateral fresh and readily available for our teams
Works with the field marketing team and key translation vendor to ensure print materials are translated into different languages based on location needs
What we are looking for:
This role requires strong leadership skills, creativity, and innovative thinking. We are looking for people that have:
2+ years of project management or field marketing experience
Agency management experience - web store management experience a plus
Project-minded and knows the ins and outs of keeping teams informed of progress
Process-driven
Data-driven - analyst experience a plus; proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
Experience in using project management tools (i.e., Asana, Basecamp, Workfront, etcâ¦) is preferred but not required
Ability to plan and manage in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment
Maintain an adaptable approach as the organization continues to scale
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work across the organization
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and sense of humor
Unimpeachable integrity and maturity
US work authorization
Undergraduate degree, Masterâs preferred
