Role Description

 

The Clinical Services Coordinator is a key contributor to the Behavioral Health and Telehealth program. Under direction from the Sr. Director of Clinical Services, the Coordinator will support a number of  mission critical initiatives including but not limited to: development of the telehealth program, coordination of behavioral health onboarding and enrichment efforts, and supporting clinical services initiatives.   This role will provide valuable leverage to many clinical related projects, designed to benefit our patients, and improve the provider experience. 

 

Responsibilities
  • Support clinical projects being led by the Sr. Director of Clinical Services; includes but is not limited to behavioral health, telehealth and clinical services program advancement, etc. 
  • Partner with recruitment and credentialing teams to identify new provider onboarding needs 
  • Track and monitor licensing and credentialing status of Behavioral Health Providers
  • Lead the development, dissemination and management of new BH team members’ onboarding schedules and activities
  • Support center team integration of BH team members and program initiatives
  • Collaborate with other Treehouse employees and clinic teams to identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions 
  • Local and regional travel may be required infrequently 
  • Other duties as assigned
This role reports to the Sr. Director of Clinical Services.

Minimum requirements:  
  • Experience in healthcare operations preferred, but not required
