Position Summary: |
Manages capital projects from concept to completion with a primary focus on the planning, design and construction administration phases of a project. Responsibilities include but are not limited to planning, design, review of construction documents, bidding, award, and construction administration as needed.

Physical Demands & Work Environment: While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to, stand and sit for long periods, use hands, handle tools, use motorized/heavy equipment, climb ladders, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Work outdoors under a variety of weather condition. Work under moderate and loud work conditions.

Baseline Work Schedule: Monday-Friday; occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends based on projects.
Benefits:
Salary: Commensurate with experience within the following range $102,000-$127,300.
