Nutanix Learning Administrator

Nutanix Enterprise Cloud combines the agility and simplicity of the public cloud, with the security and control you need in a private cloud. Built on the industry’s leading hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) technology, it integrates compute, storage, virtualization and networking in a full-stack solution that runs nearly any application.

 

This position will assist the Global Education Operations team in managing customer training engagements delivered by Nutanix Instructors and our Authorized Training Partners. A strong candidate for this position must be comfortable interacting with people, have a strong desire to help people learn new things, and must be very detail oriented.

The Learning Administrator will be expected to interact with our Nutanix sales teams, pre and post-sales teams, our customers and our channel partners. The right person for this role must be a self-starter with strong communication skills and must be comfortable initiating conversations and working with different teams without direct management oversight. This role will also be responsible for ensuring our customers have access to appropriate e-learning content and will be responsible for responding to and resolving incoming customer issues through our case management system.

Responsibilities

  • Enrolling users and assigning online courses through our Mindtickle and Relayware LMS systems
  • Interacting with Salesforce and NetSuite applications to verify orders
  • Creating customer certifications
  • Creating and managing reports & dashboards for the Education team.
  • Scheduling classes based on customer demand
  • Posting and updating our Authorized Training Partners’ schedules to our website
  • Reconciling e-book orders with training seats sold
  • Updating records and tools as appropriate
  • Serve as backup for other roles within the organization

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Skills:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the Customer Training industry or a similar position
  • Hands on experience with Salesforce and NetSuite applications
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access
  • Fluent with English language verbal and written communication
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage time effectively to complete work within the assigned timelines.
