The Role: OEM Orders Analyst
We are looking for skilled, educated, trained and experienced OEM Orders Analyst to join our rapidly expanding team.  
The OEM Orders Analyst will be responsible for managing OEM orders including, but not limited to order processing for new, revised & upgrade orders & queries. Work closely with Sales Operations, Sales & IT Business Development.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage all order entry activities for global OEM operations. Activities include, but are not limited to: OEM order management and system input, product mappings, order inquiries, follow-up and reporting
  • Manage daily order activity through Salesforce 
  • Interface with OEM’s and Sales Representatives and other departments regarding order issues, including but not limited to order product configuration, pricing discrepancies & missing purchase order requirements.
  • Collect, monitor and report all order activity to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements 
  • Process and track Try and Buy orders through to return or conversion & Proof of Concept (POC) orders
  • Weekly/Monthly performance reports/metrics
  • Develop/Implement repeatable processes for future OEM Order Administrators 


Desired Skills and Experience

  • Good communications skills
  • Experience with Salesforce experience a plus.
  • 5+ years experience in OEM operations, high tech order management, materials management or customer service
  • Well-organized; able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with moderate supervision
