A master project manager, you are known for your immaculate attention to detail. You’re seen as a go-to person within your function to get things done. You understand the importance of communication and the value of tight relationships, cross-functionally, as well as within your direct team.

You have designed and driven full cycle marketing programs that generate pipeline and can take demand generation to the next level. You are excited about building account based marketing programs to support worldwide pipeline generation in our top customers and prospects.

You are a highly creative strategist and an execution powerhouse. You are excited about finding creative ways to get the right message, in front of the right account, and right person, at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account based marketing framework to support world wide ABM activities
  • Evaluate, select and manage vendors and tools with the ABM team
  • Manage follow-up and pipeline progress with the sales organization
  • Deploy ready-to-carry-out marketing tactics and provide enablement using various channels including digital, events, and social media
  • Own ABM line card for the install base plus dashboards and tools
  • Generate thoughtful design to scale ABM
  • Enable theater teams to run scaled version of ABM to enterprise accounts
  • Analyze CRM data on health of accounts and database

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Minimum of 5+ years experience in high-tech, B2B demand generation or ABM
  • Strong analytical skills and fanatical obsession with achieving pipeline growth
  • Excellent track record of driving highly creative marketing programs
  • Deep knowledge of demand generation mix including email marketing, direct mail, events, social media, channel marketing, webinars etc.
  • Master project management skills with superb attention to detail
  • Standout communication skills with extraordinary ability to collaborate constructively and cross-functionally
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Marketing, Economics or Business degree preferred
  • Prior experience managing people
