Recruiting Coordinator
Nutanix is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in Bangalore. The Recruiting Coordinator will provide support to the recruiting function in various customer-serving aspects of employment from coordinating all phases of interviews through the offer process. In this role, you will interact with recruiters, hiring managers, potential candidates, and new hires. The Recruiting Coordinator will contribute to the overall success of the recruiting team by providing a high level of customer service and quality throughout the recruiting process.
 
Core responsibilities:
  • Partner with recruiters, talent, and hiring leaders to manage interview schedules and meetings at a high-volume (phone, on-site, travel, Skype)
  • Own and juggle multiple schedules and miscellaneous projects
  • Offer letter generation
  • Responsible for entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in our applicant tracking system
  • Assist with company recruiting events
  • Communicate professionally, tactfully, and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with dignity and respect.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
  • General day-to-day administrative duties
 
Qualifications:
  • Passionate about providing an amazing candidate experience 
  • Excellent work ethic and strong sense of urgency
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Must be able to handle sensitive/confidential information
  • Excellent customer service skills, business etiquette
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Self-directed and able to work independently
  • Comfortable being a chaperone to candidates day-of interviews
  • Ability to multi-task in a challenging and fast-paced environment
  • Computer Skills: Outlook a must.... Internet literate (Familiar with LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, social media), MS Office, Excel, Power Point
Preferred, but not required:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with ATS reporting 
  • Previous experience as a recruiting coordinator or staffing coordinator -- scheduling interviews at a dynamic and fast paced organization experiencing rapid growth
