HR Business Partner Representative
The HRBP Representative will be responsible for applying business knowledge, tactical execution, and HR expertise primarily in supporting the HR Business Partner function and its client groups.  You will assist in providing a wide range of HR support and advice and play a key role on a growing, people-focused HR department: 

  • Work closely with HR Business Partners on all corporate HR programs:  compensation planning focals, talent reviews, engagement survey strategy and follow up, preparation of presentations for Quarterly People Reviews , etc.
  • Conduct all exit interviews for Santa Clara and Durham Engineering and Product Support teams and others as assigned
    • Accurately track and report reasons monthly and rollup for quarterly people reviews
  • Manage the divisional quarterly recognition programs, including nomination process and selection meetings
  • Help deliver New Manager Training with new managers on a regular basis; keep information up to date, suggest and implement improvements over time
  • Partner/collaborate with all HR team members to initiate and resolve a wide variety of people matters
  • Provide responsive, high-quality information and advice to all customers
  • Prepare termination and severance letters. Process terminations to ensure a friendly off-boarding experience in compliance with all regulations within assigned geos.
  • Preparation of quarterly reports and HR related information slides for All Hand meetings.  Suggest and implement improvements to inform management of trends and issues based on the report data.
  • Partner with HR Operations Team to ensure accuracy and completion of employee-related data, transactions, documents and files
  • Handle /assist / caretake employee relations issues as they arise
  • Collaborate with the People Team to provide thought leadership in order to help implement Talent/People initiatives (e.g. Employee Engagement survey), Diversity/Inclusion, Values/Culture, Recognition, Compensation, Performance Management
  • Track ad hoc and unique HR issues as assigned and follow through until resolved



  • Bachelors Degree in Business with a strong interest or emphasis in Human Resources Management
  • Minimum of 4-6 years HR experience with blocks of experience as an HR Generalist and /or in an HR Operations capacity
  • Understanding of and experience working on HR best practices
  • Maturity and keen judgment required to manage confidential and sensitive information
  • Adaptable and resourceful in a dynamic environment
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Confident customer-focused attitude
  • Highly collaborative  
  • Ability to communicate to all levels of leadership
  • Strong organizational skills and detailed oriented
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint
    • Strong Excel, Pivot Table, Vlookup expertise required
  • Keen ability to communicate globally via Outlook, Slack, Webex, etc.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems Workday, PeopleSoft and/or Oracle preferred.
  • Experience in Global HR Partnership is preferred and will be nurtured in this role
