Job Summary

This is full-time job supporting EMEA Sales Field organization in an operational role for routine queries and activity support. This individual would have experience dealing with Sales Reps, Sales Engineers and Sales Managers as well as functional support teams on a routine basis. Some of the responsibilities might include but not limited to

Role requirements

Sales/Leadership Support

  • Provide detailed and accurate reporting to Sales management on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to support business objectives.
  • Work closely with sales management team and other cross-functional team
  • Provide field support by answering queries and resolving issues for the field sales teams.
  • Provide deal desk support and pricing analysis
    • Review non-standard pricing requests, NTE agreements etc.
  • Sales on-boarding – Quota allocation, sales alignment, new hire induction

 

Business/Planning

  • Develop key metrics, KPIs, analytics and dashboards to provide performance measurement and drive business insight
  • Proactively drive EMEA’s sales business plan framework– quota strategy, headcount management, margin analysis – through the various quarterly, annual and long-range planning cycles.
  • Administer, manage, and report on revenue forecasting

 

Salesforce Management

  • Manage data integrity and cleanliness of database working with WW Business Operations, Sales, Marketing and Business Systems Teams.
  • Provide various ideas for process improvement by evaluating existing business processes and systems to identify gaps and opportunities for streamlining.
  • Salesforce project management - work closely with IT Apps to implement changes in salesforce.

 

Requirement:

  • 3-5 years of industry experience in Sales Operations or related field
  • Experience using SalesForce.com
  • Ability to learn systems quickly
  • Knowledge of working with global teams
  • Can do attitude, flexible, dependable, self-starter, able to manage multiple tasks at once and the ability to work with minimal direction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, and proven attention to detail

 

Systems Knowledge and experience:

  • SFDC
  • MS Excel & other MS office applications
  • D&B and Hoovers
  • Aviso, Clari, or similar web-based forecasting systems

 

Educational Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
