You will work in a challenging and fast-paced environment to help us achieve our overall goal of providing a world class, hyper efficient customer support experience.
Your core focus will be building, supporting, and maintaining all laptops in the APAC region, both locally and via remote offices. Your duties will include imaging/building/deploying laptops, troubleshooting hardware/software issues (Macs and Windows), receiving and organizing stock surplus, and being an active IT partner to the business.
- Relevant work experience 2+ years in technical support or similar technical environment
- High level of understanding and experience with information technology
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees/management
- Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills
- Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills.
- Windows and MacOS knowledge
This position will be a 3 month daily rate contract with potential extension/potential conversion to permanent.
