Role & Responsibilities

The  Account Development Representative (ADR) is responsible for directly supporting Nutanix outside Sales Representative(s). This role will also require prospecting within an assigned territory to uncover new opportunities. The ADR will identify and nurture deals with both new and existing customers, manage forecasts on a quarterly basis and track customer data. In addition, the ADR will also work cooperatively with internal and external partners to improve the velocity of business and to create solutions that serve the best interests of our customers and Nutanix. 

  • Part of a dynamic, fast paced and growing sales environment where everyone makes an impact 
  • Generating face to face meetings through phone and email.
  • Setting meetings for field teams by qualifying key decision-makers to penetrate accounts and develop new prospects.
  • Managing forecasts and tracking customer data using
  • Accountable for growing existing business relationships and acquiring new business
  • Responsible for meeting assigned sales quota 


  • A bachelors degree, preferably in business administration, marketing or a technical discipline is preferred
  • Fluent proficiency in English and Swedish in speech and writing required.
  • Thick-skinned and ambitious with a relentless work ethic 
  • Outgoing and love to talk to people, especially on the phone
  • Fascinated by technology, and excited about selling groundbreaking ideas and products in a fast paced startup environment 
  • Opportunities to travel (go to our HQ in California for a week long orientation, travel within the Nordics region for events)

Role could either be home based in Sweden or based in our Hoofddorp office (close to Amsterdam, The Netherlands) depending on the candidate's location or willingness to relocate.
