Job Summary

This is a full-time office-based role supporting the regional field sales organization in EMEA. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and business skills. This individual would have experience dealing with sales organizations, sales managers as well as functional support teams on a routine basis.


Responsibilities: 

The responsibilities may include but not limited to:

  • Managing deal registrations for the region
    • Evaluate, approve/deny registrations
    • Own activity reports (rejected, approved, converted into opportunity and closed business)
    • Streamline process and policy
  • Channel Enablement
    • Manage quote and order process training for distributors
    • Act as the deal registration contact for the channel             
  • Sales Support
    • Creatie and maintain sales documentation
    • Assist with reference based presentations / case studies
  • Provide assistance on quote configuration for the region
    • Act as the support and escalation point for our Regional Director
  • Salesforce Management
    • Manage pipeline, dashboards and related reporting queries
    • Maintain the integrity and cleanliness of SFDC
  • Manage territory alignments
  • Provide training on use of sales tools – Clari / SFDC/ Mindtickle                                                                                                                         


Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years of industry experience in Sales Operations or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, and proven attention to detail
  • Knowledge of working with global teams
  • Fluent in English and French
  • A self-starter, able to manage multiple tasks at once and the ability to work with minimal direction
  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory


Required Systems Knowledge and Experience:

  • SFDC
  • MS Excel & other MS office applications
  • D&B and Hoovers
