What you will do
As a Solution Consultant, you will cultivate strong relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their unique challenges, objectives, and requirements. You will lead high level discussions with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for value-added solutions and provide expert guidance on best practices during the sales process to drive revenue and growth. The Solution Consultant collaborates with cross-functional teams to align solution consulting efforts with overall company objectives as well as contributes to the development and enhancement of NRC Health’s product offerings by providing insights and feedback based on customer interactions and market trends to inform product roadmap decisions. This role also works closely with salespeople to support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, presentations, and proposal development. You will also serve as the subject matter expert and provide thought leadership to drive successful sales outcomes. You will stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to customer experience and solution consulting and share insights through presentations, webinars, whitepapers, and other channels.
What you need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare admin, or related field required; advanced degree preferred
  • 5 – 7+ years of experience in solution consulting, healthcare technology, or related role
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence decision making, and drive customer engagement
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative solutions to drive business growth and customer success
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and exceeding targets
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $120,000 -$180,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. In addition to base salary, this position is also eligible for incentive compensation tied to achieved results (subject to annual review).  If you are hired at NRC Health, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
