What you will do
As Strategic Advisor, you are an active member of the thought leadership team responsible for supporting both the Human Understanding Institute and The Governance Institute. You work collaboratively across the thought leadership team to create presentations, written materials, stories, case studies, social media, podcasts and other resources that can be produced to amplify NRC Health’s position as a healthcare thought leader in the Consumer Experience space.
You will participate in high-profile podium and panel presentations as well as client conversations and workshops, often at the highest level of the customer organization, and always cognizant of aligning thought leadership with appropriate opportunities to grow and retain our customer base.  
 
What you need
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Advanced degree; MBA and/or MHA, preferred 
  • 5+ years’ experience in Consumer Experience
  • Healthcare and/or relevant leadership experience  
  • Dynamic presentation and facilitation skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Ability to travel 30 - 50% of the time
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $155,250 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. Some of our roles offer performance-based variable compensation. Eligibility and potential payouts vary depending on the role and are tied to performance metrics. If you are hired at NRC Health, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
