Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Location: Northwest Center Locations - Greater Seattle Area

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm

Wage: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour

Position Summary:                                   

This position performs a variety of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Administrative duties to support the daily operations of the Talent Acquisition Team in a fast-paced environment. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support the Recruiting team in filling various job openings including but not limited to seasonal labor, administrative staff, custodial positions, employment services roles, and commercial drivers. In this role, you will be responsible for posting job advertisements, completing on-boarding paperwork, and various other tasks as assigned.

Essential Functions:          

  • Organize complex scheduling, and coordinate logistics for interviews and adapt to last minute changes in schedules, for numerous hiring managers.
  • Perform basic phone screens and resume screening for various positions
  • Track and monitor interview schedules and activities. Organize or prepare necessary materials and takes steps to ensure interviews run smoothly.
  • Assist Recruiters with Jobvite ATS database, which may include opening requisitions, posting positions on job boards, filling, deleting, canceling requisitions, etc.
  • Interact with candidates and scheduled interviewers.
  • Manage pre-employment and on-boarding paperwork for new employees including:
    • Background checks
    • Motor Vehicle Reports (MVR’s)
    • E-verify
    • Reference checks
    • Work authorizations
    • Auto insurance
    • Manage Adverse Actions
  • Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
  • Document creation & editing as needed
  • Assist in and track Employment Branding efforts and campaigns
  • Maintain Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly reporting

Other Functions

  • Assist with various research projects and/or special projects.
  • Project work as assigned

Job Specifications:


  • High school diploma
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required


  • One (1) year experience in a human resources function, inside sales, customer service, or as a Northwest Center Employee required
  • Experience working with ATS (JOBVITE) preferred but not required
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, re-prioritize on a consistent basis

  Working Conditions:
