Northwest Center is looking for a Customer Account and System Management Specialist to join our team!  This position is responsible for inputting new customers into our CRM (NetSuite), managing company and customer owned inventory, overseeing customer account billing, and providing customer support as needed. Experience in inventory management, fulfillment, contract manufacturing, and third party logistics preferred.

Essential Functions:                                 

  • Customer setup and support in NetSuite.
  • Write accurate written procedures for all main inventory control processes and functions.
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining an effective and efficient records management system. Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed, and resolved.
  • Create procedures to prevent any inventory related loss. Work directly with customers / plants to reconcile inventory.
  • Develop inventory management strategy. Analyze / report cycle count discrepancies.
  • Contact preparers of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data. Confirm accuracy of all inventory related data.
  • Oversee daily inventory control operations to ensure all processes are executed in the most efficient manner.
  • Generate reports and responds to inquiries regarding entered data, as requested.
  • Ensure incoming product is received and managed appropriately according to company procedure.
  • SFTP file server maintenance and folder creation.
  • Integration mapping for data flow utilizing standard, static lookup, dynamic search, value to value, and hard coding.
  • Analyze import errors in a JSON file format as well as others and reporting them to the proper personnel.
  • Monitor and track KPI's for fulfillment/Manufacturing operations and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Schedule inbound and outbound freight.
  • Produce daily reports to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled and any discrepancies addressed and resolved.
  • Provide real time support to the field team on inventory related issues.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Associates degree in related field preferred
  • Knowledge of NetSuite system preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and database systems
  • Knowledge of perpetual inventory systems
  • Ability to communicated effectively, both orally and in writing; ability to product high quality written communication
  • Able to lift and carry up to 30lb; reach forward and overhead
  • Sitting and/or standing up to eight (8) hour per day
