Where you will work: Based out of Renton, occasional travelling in King County
When you will work: Monday through Friday, 40 hrs per week

Northwest Center is looking for a new Coordinator to join our Client Services team! Northwest Center Employment Services provides vocational support to adults of varying abilities. The Client Services Coordinator assists with the administration and delivery of quality employment services.

The Client Services Coordinator assists with the administration and delivery of quality employment services to pre-vocational services, school-to-work programs, individual and group supported employment individuals as well our job development teams. The position is a pivotal member of various teams within NWC, acting as the main point of contact for all parties in a client’s support network. This network can include: Parents/guardians/advocates, DDA Case Managers, King County DDD, DVR Counselors, and more.  The Client Services Coordinator monitors the timely completion of annual Employment Plans and other required paperwork, working with division managers to ensure that the necessary paperwork for each client meets professional standards and deadlines.

Education and Certification that is preferred or will be provided by Northwest Center within the first three months include:

  • First Aid Certification
  • CPR Certification
  • Positive Crisis Management Training
  • Positive Behavior Support Training
  • Blood Borne Pathogens Training

Requirements:

  • Four (4) years of combined education and experience in a related field is preferred
  • One (1) year experience working with people with disabilities preferred
  • Valid WA State Driver's license and acceptable 5-year driving record 
  • Strong communication/organization/presentation skills
  • Experience working in teams
