Student Recruitment Manager
Starting as one school in 1999, the Noble Network of Charter Schools has grown to serve 12,000 students from 70 different communities at 18 schools in Chicago, Illinois. Noble has Chicago’s highest performing open-enrollment campus (based on ACT) and nine of the top ten open-enrollment high schools in Chicago are Noble campuses. Our success with Chicago’s most traditionally underserved students has continued to improve with growth.
Noble is seeking a Student Recruitment Manager to join the Noble Network Support Team – a team dedicated to providing best-in-class service to our 17 campuses. The individual will develop and manage our strategy in three key focus areas:
Building Our Brand
The Recruitment Manager will act as the face of Noble Network recruitment efforts. S/he will lead our student recruitment strategy; building connections with feeder schools, partner organizations, and Chicago’s families. This position will work to ensure that Noble’s brand is strong in the communities we serve.
Informing and Empowering Families through Choice
The Recruitment Manager will craft our messaging to ensure families are knowledgeable about Noble offerings, and ready to choose a school that will prepare them for college success and an exemplary life.
Owning Student Recruitment Outcomes
The Recruitment Manager will take full ownership of ambitious student recruitment goals. This role will work to ensure that our organization fulfills its mission -- working to make sure that there is a student in every available seat, and that we are enrolling our target population, students facing the opportunity gap.
- Significant experience leading initiatives with demonstrated results
- Experience creating and implementing strategies to connect with diverse, multicultural communities
- Experience using data to inform decision making
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- A passion for Noble’s work
- Ability to handle complex challenges and puzzles as well as critical feedback in a positive and productive manner
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience
