Position: Project Manager

Location:  Baltimore, MD

Clearance: Active Public Trust or SECRET Clearance


Position Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for scheduling, performance, and activities initiated through task orders.  In addition they will be cross trained to support ongoing video maintenance, support services and task orders associated with the contract.    This position is subject to contract award.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide industry best practices for Project Management
  • Provide oversight for day to day operations
  • Oversee the planning, execution, control and operations of task orders
  • Support activities and tasks which include maintenance installations, relocations, refreshments, expansions and asset management ( software and hardware)
  • Provide delivery, scheduling coordination and progress reporting associated with the task orders
  • Ensure accounting and accuracy for tasks
  • Provide “lessons learned” documentation
  • Develop and maintain a task order plan
  • Develop, document and maintain consistent operating procedures
  • Responsibility for utilization of CAPRS and accuracy of all agency owned databases ( asset management and EDL)
  • Maintain an ongoing, comprehensive inventory listing of all asset information acquired
  • Responsible for producing monthly data to the COR; attend weekly status meetings with the PM and COR
  • Perform annual audits at HQ agency locations

Qualification, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor Degree in directly related field
  • High level proficiency, competency and coordination
  • Three (3) years of experience in asset management
  • Certified Asset Management Professional Certification ( CAMP )
  • Two (2) years of experience in training and development of training materials
