HR Business Applications Senior Analyst

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Managing HR business requirements lifecycle by design, development, testing and rollout of new capabilities and enhancements
  • A master of the application, taking ownership on all aspect of the app. (e.g. be aware to tickets, problems, new add-on etc.)
  • With oversight, manage multiple reporting, analysis, and process improvement projects both on an ongoing and an ad-hoc basis
  • Support and maintain existing E2E processes within the HR operations worldwide
  • Enable system processes to support business and corporate strategies and objectives
  • Perform troubleshooting as required. As such, leads problem-solving efforts include involving outside vendors
  • Liaise with multiple technology teams such as: Development, Integrations, IT System & Network, Information Security and third-party vendors
  • Learning the application constantly and keep up to date expected abilities
  • Be proactive

 

 

 Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Computer Science or other related field​
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as IT HR analyst
  • Experience with designing of complex Business Applications architectures in a global environment
  • Solid experience with HR Oracle on prem application - MUST
  • Wide range of business applications such as SuccessFactors, Recruitment tools,  etc. - Advantage
  • System oriented - self-learning ability, capable of thoroughly understanding the functional and technical aspects of a complex system.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills as well as an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to successful completion​
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently, with proven ability to form strong partnerships with key stakeholders​
  • Ability to absorb, analyze, and understand new information, technologies and practices quickly​
  • Independent, autodidact and quick learner
  • Ability to multi-task across a range of work streams/projects with constantly shifting priorities​
  • Passion for excellence, highly self-motivated and has the desire to have a significant impact on the business
  • Excellent service orientation​
  • Experience in global companies – an advantage
  • English- fluent (mandatory)
