Actimize is currently seeking a dynamic individual with high energy and drive to join our team as a Sales Executive DACH.

Perform related sales duties to achieve quota and deliver customer success at a professional level and carry out responsibilities across the entire spectrum of the Actimize sales cycle including: account planning, proactive prospecting, qualifying, understanding customer value, value proposition creation, presentations, business case development, proposal creation, negotiation and closing. The role requires coordination of resources as well as significant interface with senior management.

Skills & Personal Attributes
  • 5+ years in a customer facing direct sales role
  • Direct and Indirect go to market, build sales pipeline, create great customer references and close sales
  • Native German speaker
  • Ideally experience in fraud, financial crime and compliance, or relevant experience in solution areas such as payment processing to compliance/operational risk in the financial services sector. 
  • Experience selling complex software with a long sales cycle.
  • Ability to position the Company, its products and services in the marketplace vis-à-vis competitors.
  • Familiar with revenue recognition.
  • Contract negotiation skills and experience.
  • Excellent communication (written/presentation) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and customer-focused.
  • Flexible and able to act under pressure.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, demanding and team-oriented environment.
  • Willing to travel 30%+, mainly in DACH region.
