The Global Organizational Development Manager will be responsible for leading a wide range of global leadership & OD programs, by identifying, developing and delivering these programs in partnership with other HR & OD team members, using cutting-edge models and practices. This role is reporting to the Director of Leadership & Organizational Development.

 Responsibilities:

  • Design, Lead and implement leadership and organizational development initiatives, such as:
    • Leadership Development
    • Employee Engagement
    • Performance Management
    • High Potential Development
    • Succession planning
    • Talent assessment and development
  • Partner with business and HR leadership and serve as a trusted advisor for OD programs and change initiatives. Develop and help business create and implement effective change management strategies and plan to ensure successful and lasting change
  • Monitor and continually improve the effectiveness of existing OD programs to ensure overall impact and value

 Qualifications:

  • Min 4 years' experience in OD Consulting firms or OD roles in large organizations
  • Proven experience leading global development programs for leaders – a must
  • Proven experience leading global organizational processes, e.g Performance Management,  Engagement Surveys. – a must
  • Native level English – a must
  • MA – in Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science or a related field
  • Strong program management and execution skills
  • Communicative, great teammate with outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and navigate through change - all while staying focused to get critical items resolved
  • Self-motivated and assertive - ability to seek answers and drive solution
  • Extraordinary attention to details and follow-through in an interrupt-driven environment
  • Positive can-do attitude with high level of energy and work ethics
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, in English
  • Highly analytical with ability to gather and interpret talent data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience as an HRBP implementing E2E OD processes in a global company – an advantage
