FP&A Manager

Overview:
This is a hands-on-Manager position, It would require supervising the local FP&A Team, Interacting and supporting the Global FP&A organization making sure all the tasks are done on a timely and correct manner

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise India based FP&A team
  • Maximize Team performance and utilization
  • Partner with Global FP&A teams to transition tasks to India Team
  • Gain quickly understanding of business, trends, processes
  • Lead FP&A Processes reengineering and Improvement
  • Prepare quarterly consolidation and executive financial package
  • Define/manage metrics/KPI’s to measure objective results of the organization
  • Analyze profit margins for all NICE business units
  • Evaluate profit and cost efficiency initiatives in various areas of the organization as needed
  • On-going improvement of reporting tools, set higher standards
  • Ad-hoc reports as needed

  • Proven management skills and the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of professionals capable of achieving aggressive business goals and objectives
  • Advance Excel knowledge
  • Advance Financial Modeling
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proven ability to convert financial data into business intelligence
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.  Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
  • Attention to detail and follow-up
  • Solution oriented including the ability to focus on goals and maintain a positive outlook while overcoming challenges
  • Thorough understanding with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Education and Experience

  • BS degree in relevant financial field
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience at Finance Manager role
  • 8+ years of budget, forecasting and financial analysis experience
  • Experience within the technology services industry.  Enterprise experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Essbase preferred
