Customer Credit and Treasury Manager

Position at NICE

This position reports to the corporate treasurer director. The successful candidate will manage the global customer credit risk process, credit insurance coverage, risk analysis and reporting. Support treasury management processes, cash flow forecasting, working capital and liquidity requirements. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide credit analysis and reviews, generate financial ratios to evaluate customers' financial status and credit worthiness status
  • Responsible for operating global credit insurance process
  • Monitor collection performance, aging status, bad debts and set collection targets
  • Create, execute and analyze periodic reporting for management about the company's credit and collection status
  • Support global treasury tasks, including banking activities, cash flow process and more
  • Develop strong relationships and credibility with key internal teams, including finance, order management and multiple business units

Education:
 
• BA in Economics/Finance or Accounting or MBA

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in relevant role (treasury / credit analysis roles)
  • A good understanding of financial modeling and analysis techniques
  • Skilled at project management, multi-tasking and working in a global fast-paced environment 
  • Proactive, self-starter, while working collaboratively within a team environment 
  • Excellent English
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP - an advantage
