Position at NICE

NICE is looking for a Service Enablement Director to lead field readiness for NICE Enterprise product releases and be responsible for new product introduction (NPI) and Continues Engineering processes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead a Global team of Technical Program Managers/ Services Product Managers
  • Improve product Serviceability and Supportability capabilities by leading the continuous engineering process:
    • Proactively collect field feedback on released products
    • Identify required product enhancements
    • Prioritize all requirements
    • Ensure the new Serviceability and Supportability requirements for all NICE Enterprise products
  • Represent field units in the portfolio planning and delivery processes, from portfolio content definition to organization readiness
  • Build product maturity infrastructure
  • Provide new product introduction
  • Support and define processes
  • Act as a key person to lead the alignment between Product house and Field
  • Drive the transformation for NPI for Cloud oriented products and the organization readiness for portfolio
  • Monitor and track business KPIs, identifying and managing risks and helping drive focus execution and appropriate resource allocation
  • Drive processes improvements and  implementation from Design to executions and adoption across multiple functions, track and ensure continuous improvements
  • Work closely with multiple senior stakeholders (globally) to synchronize and align overall smooth execution

Education:
B.Sc in Industrial Engineering/Computer science or equivalent
 
Experience:

  • Experience in Program Management in large technology organizations
  • Strong business and technical understanding
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Excellent management, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized and method, Independent, self-learning, execution driven
  • Experience in managing technical program managers, development or QA teams as advantage
