We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in our Paris offices.                                                                                        
The Sales Executive will own a defined territory with the responsibility to generate new customers and win accounts. The Sales Executive will also cross sell and up sell new contact centre solutions and services to existing customers, ensuring we deliver value with the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will understand the business issues faced by customers and will help them find solutions via our product set alongside our value realisation services. The Sales Executive will sell through Direct and Indirect go to market, working with our valued Business Partner Network and Systems Integrators. The Sales Executive will build sales pipeline, create great customer references and close sales.
We are looking for someone who has a strong purpose, enjoys working in a team, is curious, open minded, is willing to share and is not afraid to risk.

BACKGROUND:

We believe at least 5/7 years in a customer facing sales role, in software and/or SaaS solutions (not platforms) should help you to be successful in this role. You have consistent and proven track record and a professional outlook with a desire to succeed and progress, comfortable with multi-million-dollar sales targets.

You possess the desire to excel in customer satisfaction and new business sales. You build and nurture strong relationships, you demonstrate value to customers, partners and colleagues, you show curiosity and analytical skills to understand why customers need our solutions and build the value case in the customer’s terms Work with teams of product sales, pre-sales and services colleagues to create great outcomes for our customers.
