KEY DEPARTMENTAL OBJECTIVES

Customer Engagement Analytics (CEA) Strategy & Operations is responsible for driving business growth through BU strategy design, support key business decisions, support cross company processes from the line of business perspective, and drive front line sales teams to sell better, faster, and more efficiently.  Ideal candidate is seeking an environment that is entrepreneurial, creative, innovative, team-oriented, inspiring, diverse and challenging with dedication to creating and developing cutting-edge business solutions for our customers. 

JOB SUMMARY

Lead business operation across CEA business, driving business growth through BU strategy design, support key business decisions, and support cross company processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and lead annual business processes for CEA line of business
    • Business Unit’s annual strategy process (Market analysis, Competition, Trends, GTM, etc.)
    • Annual planning and operational program design (focus areas, Financial model, KPI’s definition, Budget)
    • Annual sales and Go-To-Market planning and design
  • Own Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process for CEA sales:
    • Analyze quarterly business performance across all CEA units and functions
    • Consolidate and present the Unit’s Quarterly business Review to NICE top management
      (state of the business across all domains)
  • Ongoing analysis of business performance, generate insights and propose alternatives for improvements
    • Track KPIs across CEA business
    • Ad hoc analysis of key business challenges
    • Prepare and present analysis to management forum

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Strong Microsoft Office experience including advanced Excel proficiency (e.g., pivot tables, solver, v-look ups)
  • Experience analyzing financial and business data
  • Project Management experience is a plus
  • Strong systems experience— salesforce.com (SFDC) experience is a plus

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement)
  • Management consulting or business analytics experience is a plus
