ANZ Marketing Executive

Job Description

  • Work closely with ANZ Marketing lead, regional marketing team and sales team to seek business alignment, to develop and execute effective marketing activities to support ANZ’s business growth
  • Support ANZ marketing on pipeline development and sales acceleration across ANZ solution suite
  • Exercise creativity, initiate, develop and implement demand generation and brand awareness programs such as campaigns, events, digital marketing and others
  • Assist in monitor programs performance, measure effectiveness and generate analysis reports
  • Support APAC marketing and sales enablement programs  
  • Build relationships and tactical plans with ANZ sales team and business partners
  • Build/ Assist tailored offerings for key accounts / industry verticals in ANZ
  • Project budget management

 

Desired Skills and Experience

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of working experience, preferably in field marketing initiatives and programs
  • Good understanding of the contact center and customer service market space including current trends and competitive dynamics is a plus
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to plan, manage and execute according to timeline with internal and external parties
  • Familiar with MS Office, Salesforce and Marketo
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong interests on digital marketing and eagerness to learn
  • A self-driven, hands-on team player, well organized, meticulous, positive working attitude, able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines;
  • Be energetic, creative, hardworking and flexible to grow with the company;
  • Able to work 4 days a week.
