Manager, Marketing and Sales Enablement - Value Realization Services

As the Value Realization Services (VRS) Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager, you  will be responsible for VRS marketing messaging, positioning, development of content and distribution through appropriate marketing channels.  You will be responsible for understanding our  competitive landscape and ensuring we clearly articulate the differention VRS brings.  You will work with multiple groups within NICE to ensure VRS is enabled across pre-sales, sales, & solution specific product development through education and representation during sales cycle.   

 

 

VRS Sales Enablement & Education

  • Enable VRS by working with sales teams to represent VRS offers, deliverables, & benefit value prop during the sales cycle
  • Understand and support our sales channels; train them on the problems we solve for our customers; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it
  • Represent and support VRS for standard SOWs

VRS Product Marketing

  • Own the VRS marketing plan including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers
  • Determine messaging and positioning of VRS
  • Develop and/or improve our customer stories, referrals, website, case studies, e-books, white papers and industry benchmarks etc. and ensure distribution of materials
  • Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, website, etc.)
  • Drive VRS aspects of go-to-market campaigns and supporting marketing assets
  • Represent VRS messaging on industry and analyst events, webinars and conferences
  • Liaise with external vendors to execute applicable portions of marketing plan
  • Work with the product marketing teams to drive consistent messaging and competitive positioning of VRS in each solution area to align with and support product sales
  • Execute lead generation campaigns and represent NICE at industry events
  • Understand the market, be the expert on our customers, who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteria
  • Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned
  • Communicate industry related thought leadership and competitor activities including market strategies and product direction

 

 

Qualifications

Must Have

  • 5-7+ years of Services product management or product marketing experience, preferably with enterprise software
  • Excellent presentation skills with experience presenting to external customers
  • Ability to work flexibly and independently in a fluid, start-up like environment
  • Ability to work successfully with clients and business partners directly
  • Selling to customer needs
  • Motivation for sales
  • Coaching, developing and managing business development/sales teams
  • Excellent problem solving ability in high pressure situations
  • Excellent negotiation skills to resolve internal and external competing priorities
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of enterprise software trends and technologies
  • Ability to travel to customer and non-customer sites globally (25%)
  • BS or BA degree, or higher

 

Highly Desired

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal “direct-line” authority
  • Expertise with Demand Generation and Product Marketing
  • Knowledge of Services solutions and market trends
  • Familiarity with and understanding of NICE solutions
