NICE is looking for a Recurring Business Operation Manager to drive and execute the Cloud and Maintenance pricing strategy, work cross-functionally to support the accelerate growth of the company’s recurring business, and transform our recurring pricing and quoting models as our offering, portfolio and addressable markets grow. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recurring pricing & quoting into the market best practices
    • Build and improve the sales renewal process, by defining new process and enhancing existing tools
    • Work closely with operations and Information systems to implement pricing models and other pricing initiatives in the various IT systems that support business activity

 

Manage and maintain the internal recurring pricing platforms:

  • Prime contact to global renewal Cloud and Maintenance teams
  • Lead the recurring pricing & quoting into the market best practices
  • Follow and implement company's pricing policies
  • Build local pricing strategy and ensure implementation in Commercial and operational activities

 

On-going support of pricing related reports and analysis:

  • Analyze Renewal Maintenance by LOB and drive towards fixing and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Analyzing diverse data to identify opportunities to optimize recurring sales and profitability
  • Reviewing of internal and external comparative price data, including wins and losses due to price

This role will work closely with the regional renewal & sales organizations, global cloud customer success unit, business units and corporate functions to:

  • Build and improve the sales renewal process, by defining new process and enhancing existing tools
  • Support Recurring renewal commercial processes with the customers by providing current and future environment analysis to prepare the ground for effective negotiations

 

 

Requirements

 

Knowledge and experience

  • experience in Recurring Business or business operation positions in a high-tech environment
  • Highly preferred - Cloud best practices and methodologies proven experience  
  • Centrally manage priorities and interfaces in a multi-disciplinary environment
  • Proven influencer and communicator with stakeholders at all levels

Education
