Department  - Global Education Services


  • Deliver high quality application training on NICE products to customers and partners globally, in classroom and virtual classroom over multiple time zones and locations
  • Focus on the business value that the customer gains from the products and solutions, especially in the contact center and back office
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure delivery that is consistent with commitments and expectations
  • Set up systems and stage training labs for technical courses
  • Learn new products, features, and tools as they are rolled out by the organization
  • Apply effective techniques and methods to create an environment in which learning can succeed
  • Follow administrative procedures as required, including preparations and wrap up
  • Develop training content in various formats


  •  Real life experience in the following technologies:
  • Designing and writing Object Oriented code in any of following languages: .NET, C++, Java/J2EE, VB, C#, COM and other OOP – a must
  • Power user of Tableau or another BI tool
  • ETL and databases
  • Web applications, Web Services, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, Angular JS coding – an advantage
  • Automation tools (RPA) such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere or UiPath – an advantage
  • Excellent level of spoken and written English
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Able to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Able to work in a global environment and deliver virtual courses in various time zones frequently
  • Able to work successfully with clients and business partners directly
  • Excellent self-learning skills
  • Self-motivated and strives for professional excellence in all aspects of work
  • Able to work flexibly and independently in a fluid environment
  • Excellent problem-solving ability in high pressure situations
  • Knowledge of NICE Automation and/or Performance Management solutions – an advantage
  • Experience in contact center operations - an advantage


  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or computer science or related technical degree preferred
